This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed with Courtesy Dept. are processed, shipped and delivered.

Shipping Destinations

Courtesy Dept. ships worldwide where delivery is available.

Available shipping destinations and shipping options are determined at checkout. We may be unable to ship certain products to particular countries or regions due to carrier availability, fulfilment restrictions, customs requirements or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Order Processing & Fulfilment

Courtesy Dept. products may be fulfilled directly by us or produced and shipped by one of our third-party production and fulfilment partners.

Fulfilment times vary depending on the product, production location, destination and order volume.

Estimated fulfilment and delivery information will be provided where available. These timeframes are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Once an order has entered fulfilment, we may be unable to make changes to or cancel it.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout where applicable.

The amount may vary depending on the products ordered, delivery destination, shipping method, fulfilment location and other carrier or fulfilment requirements.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location, the products ordered, the fulfilment location and the shipping service used.

Any delivery timeframe displayed on our website or during checkout is an estimate only unless expressly stated otherwise.

Delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather, public holidays, peak delivery periods and other disruptions.

Nothing in this section limits any delivery rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

Multiple Shipments

Products in the same order may be produced or fulfilled from different locations.

As a result, your order may arrive in more than one shipment and at different times.

Where available, separate tracking information may be provided for each shipment.

For customers with a statutory right of withdrawal that begins upon receipt of the final item or shipment, including eligible European Union customers, the applicable withdrawal period begins when the final item or shipment is received. Tracking

Tracking information will be provided where tracking is available for the shipping service used.

Please allow time for tracking information to become active after receiving a shipping notification.

Not all shipping services, fulfilment partners or destinations provide end-to-end tracking.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, fees or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Depending on the destination, product, fulfilment location and shipping method, applicable duties and taxes may either be collected during checkout or become payable when the shipment enters the destination country.

Where duties or taxes are collected at checkout, this will be indicated during the checkout process.

Where applicable charges are not collected at checkout, the recipient may be required to pay them directly to the relevant customs authority, government agency or carrier, subject to applicable law.

Courtesy Dept. does not determine or control charges imposed by customs authorities or other government agencies.

We recommend reviewing the information displayed at checkout before completing an international order.

Delivery Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order.

Please check your delivery information carefully before completing your purchase.

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to assist, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered fulfilment or been dispatched.

Failed or Returned Deliveries

If an order is returned to the sender because of an incorrect or incomplete address, failure to collect the shipment, refusal of delivery or another delivery issue attributable to the recipient, please contact us.

Any reshipping costs or available refund will be determined based on the circumstances of the order and applicable consumer law.

We will not impose costs on you where the failed delivery resulted from an error by Courtesy Dept. or where doing so would be inconsistent with your rights under applicable consumer law.

Lost Packages

If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us with your order number.

We will review the available tracking information and, where appropriate, work with the relevant shipping or fulfilment provider to investigate.

Where an order is confirmed as lost, we will provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs of the product and packaging where relevant.

Nothing in this Shipping Policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
